This bracelet is simply STUNNING, unfortunately my daughter broke it on accident and I took the chance of reporting it, not hopeful of anything but was completely blown away at the gesture. Bracelet was replaced with a silver metal version that my daughter can wear now and a larger size that can be swapped over once a little older. 5star customer service, thank you x

Very lovely bracelets, however, just under a week of wear shows the silver has worn off of the clasp and it is now a tarnished pinky brown colour which ruins the aesthetic, especially as these were a gift

Ordered the leather bracelet for my Grandaughter, who loved it. Unfortunately the leather plaited strap snapped after only 3 days. With absolutely no fuss I was immediately sent replacement straps to put our existing charms on. The replacements are now winging their way to our family in Yorkshire. So, 4 stars for the fact that it broke after such a short time, but 5 stars for great customer service.

I got this lovely charm bracelet for my 10 year old daughter’s Christmas and she loved it! Unfortunately the pink leather strap broke after a couple of hours but the customer service I received was excellent, a prompt reply and a replacement pink leather strap, as well as a silver strap were sent very quickly. Will definitely buy more in the future.

Requested special instructions as required the Children's Personalised Name 'Birthday Girl' pink leather bracelet not for a birthday but for our twin 3 year old nieces for Christmas.
