What a lovely website, lots of choices and colours to choose from making it quite difficult to select which bracelets and charms I wanted. Once I made my purchase I realised I had made a mistake by ordering two bracelets in the wrong size. I rang and explained what had happened and was immediately reassured it would be amended straightaway and not to worry. What a relief to be able to speak directly to someone who was not only knowledgeable but really friendly. When the bracelets and charms arrived they were beautifully wrapped with tissue paper along with gift boxes, along with notes on each telling me what colours were in each packet, just perfect.
